What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement the operational support structure for retail expansion across emerging markets in the Americas.
- Own specific Retail Americas programs from end-to-end, including roadmap, resourcing, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Logistics.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of proven experience in international program management, including complex projects across multiple countries.
- Deep retail expertise in account management, channel marketing, and retail execution.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent cross-cultural communication abilities.
