Job Summary:
- We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join our team in Stafford Springs, Connecticut.
- In this role, you'll build meaningful client relationships while driving new business growth in the personal insurance market.
Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted sales activities including cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business.
- Collaborate with Client Service teams to analyze renewal business and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Mentor less experienced Producers, sharing sales methodologies and fostering team success.
Qualifications:
- Valid state-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or related field; minimum 5+ years of insurance sales experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; strong analytical and communication skills.
