MSS (Core) Business Account Manager

Customer and prospect development:

• Builds strong customer relationships, promote current and future capabilities to prospects and customers.
• Effectively offers customers new perspectives and insights based on in-depth industry and customer knowledge.
• Educates customers about their own business challenges and potential solutions.

Quote Pipeline execution:

• Qualify and accelerate leads & inquiries into opportunities
• Assure that customer expectations are clearly defined regarding performance and schedule of deliverables.
• Negotiate and accelerate the capture of opportunities

Contract (Order) Management support:

• Supports the reconciliation of customer Purchase Orders, coordinates customer electronic drawing transfer to accelerate Work Order release.
• Provides accurate order forecasting for production and Marketing and Sales, management needs.
• Assists in delivery, returns, and collections resolution.
