Role Overview:
- Professional support across phone, email, and chat.
- Handle general and escalated enquiries with accurate delivery info.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls within 3 rings, emails within 2 hours, chat in 1-2 minutes.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to resolve issues and expedite orders.
- Follow up post-sale and escalate repeat replacements to Quality.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote, Monday-Friday 7 AM-3:30 PM CT.
- Requires dual monitors, headset, and stable internet.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $1,100-$1,200/month, 100% remote.
