Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role:

• You will participate in a 4-week training program to specialize in a specific brand.
• After training, manage inbound calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support multiple consumer lending brands with distinct offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing questions and providing service.
• Manage all customer inquiries, fulfill requests, and educate on products.
• Handle payment processing, payment plans, and account-related matters.
