Business Development Manager, xStocks

The Business Development Manager will report to the General Manager of xStocks and will expand Kraken's footprint across the crypto ecosystem. This role involves identifying, negotiating, and securing high-impact partnerships with crypto exchanges, wallets, custodians, liquidity providers, DeFi platforms, and other blockchain projects. The objective is to accelerate the adoption and growth of xStocks through strategic collaborations. The role includes identifying and pursuing strategic partnership opportunities within the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem, representing xStocks with multiple exchanges, DeFi players, and institutional partners. It also involves building and executing partnership strategies aligned with xStocks’ international growth roadmap, especially across APAC and other emerging markets. Collaboration with product, legal, marketing, and compliance teams is expected to ensure partner integrations are smooth, compliant, and value-driving.
