Key Responsibilities:
- Own daily and weekly execution of the chase queue, monitoring retrieval rate, pend rate, and AID ownership across roughly one million annual chases.
- Oversee day-to-day performance of platform voice agents and monitor agent-to-human conversion and outcome metrics.
- Maintain PSR staffing models and capacity forecasts, adjusting for volume and seasonality.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in healthcare operations, chart retrieval, risk adjustment, or HEDIS program management.
- 2+ years managing individual contributors with performance coaching.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; Python or SQL a plus.
