Head of Partnerships & Product Integrations

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain executive, product, and technical relationships with partner organizations.
• Drive partnerships from agreement through integration and launch, scoping and delivering integrations with partner engineering teams.
• Define the joint value proposition and success metrics, and report partnership health to the CPO and staff team.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years in strategic or technical partnerships, business development, or alliances in security, compliance, or IT.
• Technical fluency to scope integrations and evaluate API capabilities without a translator.
• High agency: move fast, make practical trade-offs, and don't wait for perfect conditions.
