What You'll Love Doing:
- Own full-cycle sales from cold prospecting to closing, self-sourcing pipeline through multi-channel outbound.
- Lead with AI outcomes to open conversations with CIOs, CISOs, and CFOs, then expand into managed services.
- Build recurring revenue (MRR/ARR) by converting one-off wins into annuity engagements.
How You'll Know You're Winning:
- Control self-sourced qualified meetings and multi-channel cadence, measured on quality of contact.
- Achieve net new logos and net new ARR targets, with a pipeline at 3-5x target.
- Grow a book of business with recurring revenue, measured by velocity, win rate, and deal size.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven new business track record with net new logo target and recurring revenue experience.
- Commercial fluency to tie technology to business outcomes and hold own with senior stakeholders.
- AI as an edge: already using AI for research, personalization, and pipeline management.
