Bring Operational Rigor to a Fast-Paced Environment:
- Establish clear processes, prioritization frameworks, and operating models that enable the team to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Use data and insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.
