About the Role:
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for members, pharmacies, and physicians regarding pharmacy benefits.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Clinical, Account Management, and Operations teams to resolve complex issues.
- Document all interactions and adhere to HIPAA and internal policies.
