- Maintain support metrics and deliver weekly exception reports

- Track training completion and annual compliance
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
- Maintain dashboards and workforce metrics
Escalation & Program Support:
- Manage administrative escalation trackers
- Route non-clinical issues to appropriate teams
- Maintain SOPs and track project milestones
