About the Role:

  • Supports accurate, compliant, and efficient workforce time management processes in a remote-friendly environment.
  • Plays a key part in ensuring payroll readiness by reviewing employee time records, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining reliable system data.
  • Collaborates with employees, managers, HR, and payroll teams to improve timekeeping accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, process, and audit weekly employee timesheets to ensure completeness, accuracy, policy compliance, and payroll readiness.
  • Analyze timekeeping exception reports and partner with teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate contingent worker information within timekeeping systems and perform system imports, exports, reconciliations, and data validations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of experience in timekeeping, payroll administration, or HR operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret policies and reports.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; advanced Excel skills and experience with Deltek or Costpoint preferred.
