Core Responsibilities:
- Execute daily administration, ticket management, and user lifecycle provisioning across Okta, AD, and Entra ID.
- Monitor and enforce real-time access policies under the Zero Trust Framework.
- Leverage AI features to monitor queues and automate user-matching logic.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of IT experience focusing on IAM.
- Hands-on admin experience with Okta, Active Directory, or Entra ID.
- Familiarity with privilege access management and scripting automation.
