Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate donor gift records in Salesforce and respond to data requests from internal teams.
- Enter gifts including checks, ACH transactions, and non-cash gifts on a weekly basis.
- Process gift acknowledgments and support bulk data imports and reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of service-oriented support to fundraising or data-driven teams.
- Experience with data entry in Salesforce or similar CRM, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize multiple competing requests.
