Senior Sales Operations Analyst

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team.
• Your primary focus will be front-line support to the field via our ticketing system.
• You will assist with end-of-month FP&A requirements and data hygiene.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the field ticketing system and act as first-line support.
• Complete onboarding and offboarding processes for field and GTM teams.
• Assist with Salesforce page layouts, validations, and workflows.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce accounts, contact, and lead objects.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
