About the Role:

  • You will be the welcoming heart of our facility, creating a comforting and efficient environment for every patient journey.
  • Manage patient reception, coordinate administrative tasks, and leverage technology for seamless operations.
  • Guide diverse patient populations, ensuring they feel at ease and understand their care instructions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical duties including maintaining deposit logs, preparing schedules, and reporting problems.
  • Ensure a positive customer service atmosphere and oversee waiting areas.
  • Answer telephones pleasantly and coordinate patient movement using multi-line phones.

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate/GED and basic computer skills.
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Windows-based, and Google Suite programs.
  • Preferred: previous medical office and/or insurance experience, bilingual skills.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote after one week mandatory onsite training in Prescott, AZ.
  • Preferred candidate resides in Arizona.
  • Part of a supportive, family-oriented healthcare system.
