• Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, defining processes and troubleshooting issues.
• Assist in running payroll and year-end processes, and participate in design sessions for enhancements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Payroll module, creating documentation and training materials.

• Serve as functional authority on federal personnel action processing, including SF-52/SF-50 processing and regulatory compliance.
• Interpret and apply the Guide to Processing Personnel Actions and federal data standards to platform configuration.
• Support data migration, fit-gap analysis, and UAT scenario development for federal HR system implementations.

• Serve as functional lead for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, specializing in Core HR, translating client requirements into configurations.
• Manage client relationships, lead design workshops, and mentor project team members to ensure successful delivery.
• Understand and guide clients on Oracle Cloud HR modules including workforce structures, security, reporting, and employee self-service.

• Must have 13+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional skills.
• Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, and Compensation modules.
• Hands-on with HCM Data Loader, Oracle SQL, BI Publisher, and OIC Integrations.

• Develop and maintain the Oracle HCM product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
• Manage and prioritize the HCM product backlog, including requirements gathering, user stories, testing, and release activities.
• Serve as primary liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure HCM solutions support business operations.
