What you will be doing:
- Understand and troubleshoot accounting software issues reported by end-users.

- 1-2 years of B2B accounting/financial customer support experience.
- Salesforce experience is an asset; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication; French is a plus.
