The impact you will have:
- Own a book of customers across EMEA, from crypto-native exchanges to financial institutions.
- Drive renewals, pricing, and upsells with commercial ownership.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customer integration teams.
What you will be doing:
- Guide customers through Travel Rule programmes and stablecoin products.
- Monitor usage, engagement, and risk signals to prevent renewal issues.
- Build relationships across compliance, operations, and engineering.
