Responsibilities:
- Handle all Standard Distributor segment accounts in the specified geography.
- Assist existing and potential distribution partners and resellers through various communication channels.
- Help qualify leads, convert prospects, follow up on quotations, and drive new sales.
Skills:
- Uncovering needs, persuasion, negotiation, and demand generation.
- Understanding value propositions and developing solutions.
- Recognizing positioning and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- A formal qualification in Pharmaceutical, Life Science/Biotech, Environmental/Food/Life sciences, Industrial sciences, or chemistry is preferred.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a selling or customer service role for technical products used in research and/or analytical laboratories.
- Customer-focused with a high level of customer service capabilities.
