Responsibilities:

  • Handle all Standard Distributor segment accounts in the specified geography.
  • Assist existing and potential distribution partners and resellers through various communication channels.
  • Help qualify leads, convert prospects, follow up on quotations, and drive new sales.

Skills:

  • Uncovering needs, persuasion, negotiation, and demand generation.
  • Understanding value propositions and developing solutions.
  • Recognizing positioning and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • A formal qualification in Pharmaceutical, Life Science/Biotech, Environmental/Food/Life sciences, Industrial sciences, or chemistry is preferred.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a selling or customer service role for technical products used in research and/or analytical laboratories.
  • Customer-focused with a high level of customer service capabilities.
