Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned sales territory accounts.
  • Develop and negotiate customer agreements, pricing, and supply terms.
  • Conduct regular customer facility visits to build rapport.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
  • Three (3) years of technical sales and/or customer-facing roles.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Deep comprehension of sales processes and value selling techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of company product lines and specifications.
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.

Working Environment:

  • Generally, work within an office and manufacturing environment.
  • While working remotely, must maintain a dedicated, distraction-free home office.
  • Exposure to fumes or airborne particles, varying temperatures, and moderate level of noise.
