• Own SE attach rate, win rate, and revenue per SE across all Americas segments.
• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers across Early Stage, Growth, Commercial, and Enterprise segments.
• Partner with segment Sales and Account Management leaders to ensure the right technical coverage at the right stage for every deal type.
