CRM Management:
- Manages and updates Salesforce (CRM) with sales contracts.
- Serves as Subject Matter Experts (SME) on Salesforce business process for sales teams.
- Provides forms for sales, stand upsells, promo opportunities and contract creation.
Sales administration support:
- Assists with administrative activities in support of pipeline tasks.
- Prepares data and event floor plan queries and actionable tasks.
- Liaisons with Billings, Credit Control, Customer Service Team and Operations.
