Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and resolve escalated tickets from Level 1 through to resolution.
  • Troubleshoot Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP) and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, identity, MFA).
  • Diagnose networking issues (LAN/WAN, VLANs) and implement firewall changes.
  • Validate and troubleshoot backup and DR solutions (Datto, Cove, Veeam).

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven MSP experience as a Level 2 or Escalation Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on skills with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and firewalls.
  • Confident with full ticket ownership and root-cause analysis in a fast-paced environment.
