Customer Success Manager, Global Strategic Brands

Your Role:

• Serve as strategic owner of Canary's largest enterprise hotel groups, ensuring measurable value and long-term partnerships.
• Quarterback across deployments, expansions, and adoption initiatives, collaborating with Implementation and Sales teams.
• Foster strong executive relationships and drive account success through strategic planning and business reviews.

What We're Looking For:

• BA/BS degree and 5+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting, preferably in hospitality tech or SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts and influence C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in fast-paced environments.

Compensation & Perks:

• Target cash compensation ranges from $147,200 to $200,000, including salary and quarterly bonus, plus stock options.
