What You Will Do:
- Manage enterprise implementations and train customers on modules.
- Run business reviews and flag renewal risks early.
What You Will Bring:
- 5+ years in SaaS implementations or enterprise customer success.
- Technical expertise in APIs, SSO, data connectors, and AI fluency.
