Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, training, account management, renewals, and expansion activities.
- Coordinate the transition of new customers from sales teams and ensure smooth implementation.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, proactive support, and value-focused engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or client services.
- Strong understanding of customer success concepts, including renewals, churn, and recurring revenue.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Monday.com.
