About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of 100+ customer accounts, providing strategic guidance.
- Build strong relationships and serve as primary point of contact.
- Drive customer adoption, engagement, and retention.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar SaaS role.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or C2).
Compensation & Logistics:
- Full-time, remote role based in Latin America.
- Compensation: USD $3000 to $4000 per month.
- Working hours aligned to US Pacific Time.
