About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of 100+ customer accounts, providing strategic guidance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar SaaS role.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or C2).

Compensation & Logistics:

  • Full-time, remote role based in Latin America.
  • Compensation: USD $3000 to $4000 per month.
  • Working hours aligned to US Pacific Time.
