Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, gain approval, and execute growth plans for the allocated territory, ensuring inclusion of key John Crane products and services.
  • Identify, secure, and develop new customer accounts that increase market penetration, while sustaining existing relationships.
  • Promote and sell John Crane products according to company policy, pricing guidelines, and regulations, presenting technical attributes and benefits.

Additional Expectations:

  • Support and coordinate customer inquiries, quote preparation, and work with Application Engineering; actively assist in delivery, invoicing, and collections.
  • Prepare thorough monthly reports to communicate sales plan progress and update sales funnel opportunities in C4C with accurate data.
  • Act as a role model for health, safety, and environmental issues, and ensure compliance with ethical standards and company regulations.
