What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements.

- Conduct regular business reviews to track KPIs and identify opportunities.
About You:
- You're comfortable getting into the weeds while managing strategic project work.
- You’re a strong communicator and presenter with a drive to own relationships.
- You have a track record of success in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience working in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English Required).
- You have experience working in or with Life Sciences, a plus for Medical Affairs.
