Referral Support Advocate

Responsibilities:

• Complete Concierge Referral tasks by finding providers and scheduling appointments, ensuring member support throughout their healthcare journey.
• Meet service level agreements with a strong attention to detail, accurately gathering data on provider availability, insurance, and conditions.
• Work collaboratively across Care, Clinical, and Quality teams, focusing on continuous improvement and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Possess great verbal and written communication skills to explain services and coordinate with teams and providers.
• Demonstrate adaptability, organizational skills, and proficiency with office software like Google Apps and CRM systems.
• Maintain a detail-oriented, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to team culture.
