Member Outreach Coordinator (Call Center Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to members regarding cases received from health plans.
• Collect and verify member information by phone, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Accurately document all member interactions and update records in the system.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $18.00 per hour, part-time up to 29 hours per week.
• Paid sick time and eligibility for 401(k) after three months.
