You will:

Support full-cycle searches across the engineering org, spanning both aggressive sourcing and strategic close motions.
Act as a strategic and adaptable partner to hiring managers, quickly refining the approach to accelerate progress.
Build Olympic-level pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies and ensure a consistent, inclusive process.
