Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
- Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy, with excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners.
