About The Role:
- Handle support tickets focusing on API, data migrations, integrations, and complex issues.
- Protect engineering time by resolving problems that could otherwise escalate.
- Assist customers with API usage, migrations, and data transformations.
You Will:
- Write Python scripts for imports, data cleanup, deduplication, and reporting.
- Create internal tooling that improves support efficiency and external utilities for customers.
- Enable Customer Success and impact customer retention and growth.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with web scraping (requests, scrapy, BeautifulSoup).
- Familiarity with CRMs or sales tools.
- Experience at API-first companies.
