About the Role:
- Lead HR Operations for BJAK's global team.
- Own the operational foundation supporting employees across multiple countries.
- Ensure HR processes are accurate, compliant, and scalable.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Own HR operations across the global employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Build and improve HR processes, policies, and SOPs that can scale across multiple countries.
- Oversee global HR systems, employee records, reporting, and data governance.
What You Will Need:
- 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration.
- Experience supporting employees across multiple countries.
- Strong understanding of global HR operations, compliance, and systems.
