Key Responsibilities:

Support talent throughout their journey by providing guidance, resolving operational requests, and ensuring consistent policy application.
Execute and improve workflows for talent programs, certifications, referrals, learning initiatives, and community engagement.
Coordinate planning, communication, tracking, and reporting of talent development programs and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, customer success, or a related field.
Strong experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
