Job Description
This position requires business fluency in Spanish and English. The Director, Compensation & Benefits, is one of the regional leaders in the company’s global compensation and benefits (C&B) team, responsible for the Americas region (USA, Canada, México, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panamá, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay).
This role will lead the region’s strategy and implementation of C&B initiatives, manage the regional C&B team, and provide day-to-day support and expertise to HRBPs, market HR partners, and management. The Director also acts as the regional subject matter expert within the broader Compensation & Benefits team. The role manages all aspects of corporate compensation programs on a regional level, and develops recommendations for job leveling within the global job architecture and compensation adjustments based on benchmarks and market trends.
