Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide internal Business Partners with meaningful and actionable insights into business drivers.
  • Lead annual sales planning, including quota setting and influencing compensation plan design.
  • Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to define, implement, and refine annual and ongoing planning processes.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of proven experience of Operations in a software sales organization.
  • Curious and comfortable with analyzing large sets of data and producing Executive Summary with Insights.
  • Expert in PPT, Excel and Power BI.
