Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide internal Business Partners with meaningful and actionable insights into business drivers.
- Lead annual sales planning, including quota setting and influencing compensation plan design.
- Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to define, implement, and refine annual and ongoing planning processes.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of proven experience of Operations in a software sales organization.
- Curious and comfortable with analyzing large sets of data and producing Executive Summary with Insights.
- Expert in PPT, Excel and Power BI.
