How you can make a difference:

  • Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to define scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead discovery and translate business outcomes into clear requirements and user stories.
  • Ensure end-to-end solutions align to enterprise architecture, security, and integration standards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops and process reviews.
  • Own functional design for complex CRM initiatives and translate requirements into epics and user stories.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and release teams to refine backlog items and support delivery.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience with 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
  • Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model and enterprise Salesforce integrations.
