Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to define scalable Salesforce solutions.
Lead discovery and translate business outcomes into clear requirements and user stories.
Ensure end-to-end solutions align to enterprise architecture, security, and integration standards.

What you’ll be doing:

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops and process reviews.
Own functional design for complex CRM initiatives and translate requirements into epics and user stories.
Collaborate with development, QA, and release teams to refine backlog items and support delivery.

What you will need to be successful:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience with 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model and enterprise Salesforce integrations.
