Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and market expansion within assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing needs of semiconductor Semi End User and/or OEM accounts.
- Provide technical guidance on INFICON products and manage account activities including quotes, contracts, forecasts, and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of account management, technical sales, or business development experience in semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth with extensive technical expertise in semiconductor manufacturing and vacuum physics.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual compensation range of $90,000-$120,000 with base salary plus sales incentive and profit sharing.
- Additional benefits include 8% 401k match, potential car and remote allowances, and comprehensive health and wellness programs.
