About the Role:
- Own relationships with existing customers, helping them get more value from the platform.
- Handle inbound upgrade requests and proactively seek expansion opportunities.
- Convey warmth, kindness, and competence in every interaction.
What You'll Do:
- Become an expert on grants and institutional fundraising.
- Proactively outbound into strategic accounts using creative, personalized tactics.
- Experiment with new expansion playbooks to accelerate net revenue retention.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in account management or customer success in a SaaS environment.
- Driven to solve underlying problems for customers with empathy.
- Pride in communicating complex topics easily both in person and in writing.
