Responsibilities:
- You will manage the technical aspects of the customer journey, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical evaluations.
- You will partner with sales teams to support customer acquisition efforts and communicate the value of technical solutions.
- You will build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
Requirements:
- You have 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role.
- You are located in the EMEA region with excellent English communication skills.
- You possess strong understanding of networking technologies and protocols such as NetFlow, BGP, DNS, TCP/IP.
