Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the operational construct of our integration partners.
- Cross-Segment Advocacy, act as the point of contact resolving high-priority escalations.
- Oversight and Regulatory Integrity, support the design and execution of governance and quality controls.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- API Troubleshooting & Incident Management, partner with technical teams to investigate issues.
- Crypto Domain Knowledge, maintain an excellent understanding of blockchains.
- Financial Services Proficiency, understanding of institutional & retail clients engaging within traditional finance and DeFi.
Communication and Project Management:
- Assist in the integration and communication of new product releases.
- Assist, as needed, in maintaining the "Book of Work" for strategic integration clients.
- Collaborate in support of service models and new business ventures.
