About the Role:
- This role runs the operating layer of hiring at Sayari, owning scheduling and systems.
- You will partner daily with talent acquisition and hiring managers across the company.
What You Will Do:
- Own interview scheduling end to end across global time zones.
- Keep Greenhouse accurate and build the weekly talent report.
- Manage handoffs to People Operations and document processes.
What You Bring:
- Two plus years in recruiting coordination with hands-on Greenhouse experience.
- High-volume scheduling across time zones and clear communication.
- Comfort with data and AI tools.
