Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 deskside and remote desktop support for end users in classified and unclassified environments.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issues.
- Coordinate account maintenance, printer support, workstation relocations, and lifecycle tracking of IT assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 2 years experience (or equivalent).
- Experience with Windows desktop OS, Microsoft Office, imaging technologies, and Active Directory.
- Active TS/SCI or Q/SCI clearance and US Citizenship required.
