What You'll Do:
- Build and execute outbound lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Design and implement AI-powered automation to scale prospecting efforts while maintaining quality.
- Craft personalized outreach sequences that resonate with mission-focused prospects.
What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development.
- Experience selling to or working with non-profits, government, or mission-driven organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and take full ownership of results.
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.
