Accounting Success Specialist

Role Overview:

• Serve as a primary support contact for clients using specialized accounting and payroll technology for entertainment productions.
• Combine accounting knowledge, technical support, troubleshooting, and relationship management in a fast-paced environment.
• Work fully remote within the U.S. (Pacific Time Zone) and contribute to software quality assurance and data integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to accounting and software questions via phone, email, and chat, and manage support requests using HubSpot.
• Troubleshoot issues, escalate complex cases, and submit bugs with detailed information for technical teams.
• Participate in QA testing, coordinate user communications, and perform general ledger reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting accounting or specialized software applications, with strong customer-service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high volumes of work.
• Basic knowledge of production accounting is a plus; must be located in the Pacific Time Zone.
