About You:
- You have 15-20+ years of experience with 5+ years in India site leadership for multinational companies.
- You possess strong business acumen and stakeholder management in a global matrix organization.
- You have deep knowledge of financial, legal entity, and statutory compliance.
Things You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary liaison between India operations and global leadership, ensuring alignment.
- Lead overall India operations, translating global strategy into local execution.
- Act as a statutory Board Director and ensure full compliance with Indian regulations.
